We deliver across Singapore, offering free shipping on all orders above SGD $45. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of SGD $4 applies. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout before payment. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

If you need to return an item due to a manufacturing defect, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. All reported defects will be carefully reviewed, and Island Whisper reserves the right to assess and decline any claims if the item is not deemed defective. If our team confirms a defect, we will determine whether the item can be returned, exchanged for an identical item, or replaced with a similar product. As all our fans are handmade, slight variations in color, design, and texture are natural and should not be considered defects.

If you have changed your mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, provided the item is in its original packaging and perfect condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent back using a preferred courier service.
